What we collect

When you submit a form, First Pick collects the details you provide: your name, email address, message and, for artisan interest, your business name, specialism, location and any website or social profile you choose to share. We also record the time of your submission and your consent.

How we use your details

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, if you register as an artisan, to contact you about the First Pick launch and taking part. Registration does not commit you to becoming a seller.

Where your details are held

Form submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. Hosting and infrastructure providers process this information to operate the service. We also send enquiry details through FormSubmit to notify our team by email. FormSubmit retains its submission archive for 30 days. We do not sell the details you submit.

Your choices

You can withdraw your consent or request access, correction or deletion of your submission by using our contact form and selecting “My personal data”. Please use the email address from your original submission so we can identify it. We keep submissions for handling enquiries and launch planning, and review them when that purpose ends.
